All medium/long-term storage shipments are packed for International transit and loaded into large wooden storage crates (known as lift vans). The goods remain sealed in the lift vans until we receive further instruction from our client.
Lift vans are numbered and their position in the warehouse logged. In addition, every carton number loaded is recorded making it possible to pinpoint and retrieve individual items if required (48 hours notice is required and charges may apply).
Every item is recorded on our loading chart at the time it enters and leaves the warehouse to ensure all your individual cartons are accounted for.
