Inventory of the goods detailing contents of all cartons

Import Requirements

The importer must have had his normal home outside the EC for at least 12 months and must be transferring his normal home to the E.C. to take up permanent residence.
The goods must have been in the possession and use of the importer for at least 6 months in the country where he had is normal home, and must be tax paid.
The goods must be tax:/VAT paid at the place of purchase.
The owner must have arrived in the E.C. before customs clearance can take place, and the goods must arrive within 12 months of the arrival of the owner.
The owner must retain the goods for personal use for at least 12 months.
No duty/VAT allowance is given in respect of alcoholic drink, tobacco or tools of trade.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements for Americans: US travellers must hold a valid passport; a visa is not required. UK Immigration officials will decide on length of stay up to six months depending on reason for travel.
Entry requirements for Canadians: Canadian nationals must hold a valid passport; a visa is not required. UK Immigration officials will decide on length of stay up to six months depending on reason for travel.
Entry requirements for Australians: Australian nationals must hold a valid passport; a visa is not required. UK Immigration officials will decide on length of stay up to six months depending on reason for travel.
Entry requirements for South Africans: South Africans require a valid passport and a visa for entry or transit through the UK. The visiting visa will cost £65 while a transit visa will cost £45. South Africans may no longer travel to the UK on a temporary passport.
Entry requirements for New Zealanders: New Zealand nationals must hold a valid passport, but no visa is required. UK Immigration officials will decide on length of stay up to six months depending on reason for travel.
Entry requirements for Irish nationals: Irish nationals need a valid passport but do not require a visa to enter the UK.
Passport/Visa Note: If a visa is not required, travellers should hold a return or onward ticket, or proof of funds for the duration of stay. Passports must be valid for the period of intended stay in the UK; nationals of the EU require a passport valid on arrival. It is highly recommended that passports have at least six months validity remaining after your intended date of departure from your travel destination. Immigration officials often apply different rules to those stated by travel agents and official sources.

Storage Dubai

We have 250,000 cubic feet of warehousing of which 150,000 cubic feet is temperature controlled.

A number of our clients choose to store their goods with us because their next destination is yet to be determined. It is not uncommon for the goods to remain in storage for a lengthy period and then be delivered locally.

All medium to long-term storage shipments are packed for International transit and loaded into large wooden storage crates (known as lift vans). The goods remain sealed in the lift vans until we receive further instruction from our client.

Lift vans are numbered and their position in the warehouse is logged. In addition every carton number loaded is recorded

making it possible to pinpoint and retrieve individual items if required (48 hours notice is required and charges may apply).

Every item is accounted for on our loading chart at the time it enters and leaves the warehouse to ensure all your individual cartons are accounted for.

With summer temperatures in excess of 45 degrees centigrade it is perhaps not surprising the demand for storage or personal effects and household goods in a facility equipped with air conditioning is high.
